Preferred Property Managers has been in business for over 14 years managing community associations.  Our 17 communities range in size from 46 to 320 homes and are made up of condominiums, attached and detached homes and commercial condos.

We are here to help the Board create and maintain a comfortable living environment that continues to grow in value.

Our management company offers a full complement of services.  Here are just a few of the services provided:

- Advise the Board on day to day operations of the Association.
- Attend monthly board meetings.
- Attend monthly property walkthroughs for maintenance, landscape and violations.
- Assist in the interpretation of the Association's governing documents.
- Liaison between homeowners and board members
- Prepare proposed annual budget, monthly financial statements, collect assessments, and pay bills.
- Our emergency after hours hotline is staffed by a Community Manager who will personally take your call and address issues that may cause damage to a home or to the Common Areas.


AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS: Do you wish you could have your assessment payments automatically deducted from your bank account (ACH).  We have a form to help you.  
Sign up for automatic payment by completing the ACH form and mailing it along with the required information to Union Bank as indicated on the form.

SERVICE REQUEST: Is there a light out in your community?  Click on Homeowner Resources and 'Maintenance Request' to complete the form and submit.

ACCOUNTING INFORMATION: Need to change your address or get a copy of your customer ledger?  Contact our accounting department who will be happy to help answer any of your questions.

ESCROW INFORMATION: If you need to request an HOA Certificate or escrow documents you can obtain them at condocerts.com.

MANAGEMENT PROPOSALS: Prospective clients may also request a
